Another day of painting our athletes passed by… as time goes by bodies take shape. But there lies still a tough day of work ahead of us, the job is much more time consuming as expected. Hopefully we have some return on investment

While on the other side of our small office world Chris gives us a big deal of excitement since it is iron fact that he is racing in Frankfurt, we continue with our preps for all the events that are close about to come. We are currently designing and painting our biest athletes Sebastian Kienle, Chris McCormack, Ronnie Schildknecht, and the girls Meike Krebs, Nicole Leder and Yvonne van Vlerken (here in alphapetical order).

Why we do that? Well, as you know, it is fairly difficult to collect all these individuals at same time in the same place, so we thought it may be a good idea to take the group as avatars with us on the road … It saves us a lot of time coordinating and nevertheless increases the team spirit …

Yesterday we accompanied our biest athletes Chris McCormack, Ronnie Schildknecht and Sebastian Kienle along the Santa Momica coastline and through the Agoura Hills North of Los Angeles. It was a wonderful, but hot day. Here some impressions from our shooting activities.

Today I had a long telephone call with Chris. He is back in Sydney and wanted to fly to Singapore for a short holiday with his family. Not that easy as it turned out. Asia is in a turmoil because of the swine flu. At Singapore airport they have implemented a temperature sensor that is screening all visitors to the country. Elevated temperatures mean a quarantine for 7 days. As his daughter Tahlia is still a little bit frail after the cold she had, and her temperature still slightly above normal, Emma and Chris don’t want to take the risk. Swine flu is the issue in South Asia, he told me. “It seems that whole Australia is sick”, he said. People walk around Sydney with face masks, they prefer to stay home instead of going out. “It is weird”, he said, “having been in Europe for so long I missed the months that lead to this escalation of the situation. It is all about immunity and the immune system around me.”
The flu is a viral infection. The most powerful tool against this illness is a strong immune system. This is straight in the line with biestmilch.

Even if Chris is not winning he is the star. In New Orleans’ Ironman 70.3 he came in second. This did not affect his being the center of attention at all.
